Little toolbox is a practical training course in communication, an intensive one-day training course to discover easy, practical tools based on 5 themes of concern to anyone working in a team:
- Effective communication: listening and asking questions
- Giving feedback
- Saying no when you need to and defusing anger
- Giving an effective briefing
- Giving constructive criticism
Method
A pragmatic approach, built on the operational but including an understanding of human phenomena. It instills the necessary knowledge through practice and action.
Short presentations and role-playing situations.
